Tasha Vangile, FNP-C
Co-Founder & Nurse Practitioner
Tasha Vangile is a Family Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of Onyx Aesthetics & Hormone Clinic. In 2022, she and her daughter, Madalyn Vangile, founded Onyx Weight Loss, a telehealth clinic that has helped thousands of patients on their weight loss and wellness journeys across nine states.

Through their work, they saw how often women and men struggle with hormone-related symptoms but feel dismissed or told their labs are “normal.” At Onyx, Tasha and Madalyn are passionate about looking deeper, offering individualized care, and helping patients feel more like themselves again.
They also recognized the need for high-quality aesthetic, hormone, and wellness services closer to home. Onyx was created to bring elevated, patient-centered care to Statesville and the surrounding community in a modern, welcoming setting.
Tasha moved to Statesville in 1994, where she has raised her family, built her career, and served patients for nearly three decades. Opening Onyx is her way of giving back to the community she calls home.
Madalyn Vangile, RN
Co-Founder & Aesthetics Nurse Manager
Madalyn Vangile, RN, is a North Carolina native and co-founder of Onyx Aesthetics & Hormone Clinic. Growing up with two nurses as parents, Madalyn was introduced to healthcare at an early age and later followed in their footsteps by becoming a nurse herself.

With almost a decade of nursing experience, Madalyn has built a strong clinical foundation through her work in hospital, infusion, wellness, and aesthetics settings. Her background in patient care has shaped her gentle, detail-oriented approach and her belief that aesthetic treatments should enhance natural beauty rather than change what makes someone unique. She enjoys creating a comfortable, elevated experience where patients feel educated and supported throughout their treatment journey.
Madalyn brings compassion, creativity, and clinical knowledge to the clinic, with the goal of helping each patient feel confident in their skin.
Rebecca "Becca" Vines, CPhT
Clinical Coordinator
Rebecca “Becca” Vines is a North Carolina native and a 2021 graduate of East Carolina University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health.

With eight years of experience as a pharmacy technician, Becca has cultivated a strong foundation in healthcare and a deep commitment to serving others. She brings a warm, patient-centered approach to Onyx Aesthetics & Hormone Clinic.
At Onyx, Becca is passionate about helping patients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their wellness journey. She is excited to be part of a team that is committed to helping patients look and feel their best.
Stephanie Robison, APRN-CNP
Nurse Practitioner
Stephanie Robison, MSN, APRN-CNP, is a board-certified Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with years of experience helping patients improve their overall health and well-being. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about preventive medicine, weight management, and empowering patients through education.

As she cared for more women navigating perimenopause and menopause, she recognized that hormonal changes often impact every area of their lives. This realization sparked a deep passion for hormone optimization and women's midlife health.
At Onyx Aesthetics and Hormone Clinic, Stephanie provides comprehensive hormone evaluations and personalized treatment plans designed to help women and men feel their best at every stage of midlife. She is currently developing the clinic's menopause education program and patient resources, creating tools that empower women to better understand their changing bodies and actively participate in their healthcare journey. Stephanie's mission is to help women not simply manage menopause, but truly thrive through it.
Corinne Vangile
Operations & Brand Manager
Corinne Vangile is the Operations and Brand Manager at Onyx Aesthetics & Hormone Clinic. She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in University Studies, concentrating in Administrative Studies.

With several years of experience as an office manager, Corinne has played an important role in supporting the growth and brand development of our sister company, Onyx Weight Loss. Over the past three years, she has helped strengthen the patient experience, streamline daily operations, and enhance the overall presence of the Onyx brand. At Onyx Aesthetics & Hormone Clinic, Corinne brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong eye for detail to every part of the client experience. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, elevated environment where patients feel cared for from the moment they connect with the clinic. Corinne is excited to help grow Onyx Aesthetics & Hormone Clinic and support its mission of helping patients feel confident, cared for, and like the best version of themselves.
